All I could find out is that 'Vanoush Khachadurian' is an ethnic Armenian name, although ethnic Armenians are all over the world (but, I think, if not in Armenia, mostly in the former USSR or the US of A).

She's a convicted American stalker and serial harasser who is well known to use multiple online identities to attack strangers on totally cooked up grounds. You'll find some of her ranting on my Twitter account.
