I KNEW, absolutely KNEW you were heading towards a "nice" ending and you did not disappoint me at all. That her request was to allow Sabira to go free and return to her real home was excellent and the best ending to this beautiful story. So many levels going on here, and yet, it was an excellent totally coherent story with a superb ending. Thank you Bill. Thank you very, very much for this as it gave me a small measure of hope and we all need that now days. Just my opinion, other folks may disagree, but that is life. Enjoyed it immensely sir.charlie ehlenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05584863034307604847noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7826101215822428783.post-1692367148037049362014-07-08T10:39:45.301+05:302014-07-08T10:39:45.301+05:30No. I meant "hushed by", as in "mov...No. I meant "hushed by", as in "moved past silently".Bill the Butcherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08436195659154078021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7826101215822428783.post-50018915760936419112014-07-08T01:23:32.707+05:302014-07-08T01:23:32.707+05:30I think this is a wonderful story; with many facet...I think this is a wonderful story; with many facets;
And some even spoke to me. The desert rushed by below the great pterosaur’s white wings as they glided towards the old dried lake which had once provided the town with its water supply.

Did you mean "The desert rushed by" there?J.
